Affiliate Disclosure

Magik and Rose operates as an affiliate review site for online casinos and gambling services. We earn commissions when users click affiliate links on our website and subsequently sign up or make deposits at partner casinos.

How We Earn Commissions

magikandrose.co.nz contains affiliate links to various online casinos and gambling operators. When you click these links and complete a registration or deposit, we may receive a commission from the casino operator at no additional cost to you. These commissions are our primary source of revenue.

Editorial Independence

Our affiliate commission structure does not influence our editorial rankings, reviews, or recommendations. All casino reviews, ratings, and comparisons are based on our independent assessment of factors including game selection, security, customer support, payment options, and user experience. Casinos that pay higher commissions do not receive preferential treatment or higher ratings.

Identifying Affiliate Links

Affiliate links on magikandrose.co.nz are clearly marked with the text "Visit Casino" or "Claim Bonus" buttons. Any sponsored content or promotional partnerships are clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Promoted" at the top of the relevant section.

Regulatory Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics and Australian Consumer Law regarding misleading or deceptive conduct. We are committed to transparent disclosure of commercial relationships.

Your Responsibility

We encourage you to gamble responsibly. Before signing up at any casino, please verify the operator's licensing status and ensure they are legal in your jurisdiction. If you have concerns about problem gambling, contact Gambling Help Online or your local gambling support service.
